Delivery area and prices
We deliver to the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and Italy. Standard delivery costs £4.95 GBP / €5.95 EUR per UK order and £9.95 GBP / €11.95 EUR per order to the listed European destinations. Your chosen currency and destination determine the displayed charge before submission and payment. Free collection is available in Luton by confirmed appointment.
Dispatch and delivery timing
Confirmed in-stock goods are dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 2–5 working days in the UK and 5–10 working days to the listed European destinations. We confirm the delivery estimate before payment. Delivery is normally completed within 30 days unless you expressly agree otherwise. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.
Order confirmation and imports
Submitting a request does not reserve stock or take payment. We confirm availability, the complete order, the total and dispatch or collection timing first. Prices include applicable taxes. For European delivery, we agree any import handling and applicable charges before acceptance; we do not impose unexpected charges after acceptance. We decline a request if we cannot fulfil the disclosed arrangements.
Collection and returns
Business, collection and returns address: 422 Leagrave High Street, Luton, United Kingdom, LU4 0NF. Collection is free, normally ready within two working days after payment and written stock confirmation unless another time is agreed. Contact support@acronmarket.online or +447464970942 before travelling or returning goods so we can arrange receipt. Online purchases collected in person retain applicable distance-purchase rights.
Delivery problems
Provide a full address and postcode. We send dispatch details and tracking where available. Contact us about late, lost, damaged or incorrect deliveries. We remain responsible until the goods are in your physical possession, subject to a lawful exception where you independently appoint a carrier we did not offer. Your statutory rights and the returns policy apply.
Packing and postal services
Packaging products are supplies only. Postage, carriage, customs handling and postal-provider services are not included. No postal-provider affiliation is claimed.
